Trinitee Bissainthe
Trinitee Bissainthe is a marketing professional and strategic innovator dedicated to branding, digital engagement, and community empowerment. As the Secretary and Co-Chair of the College Admissions Preparation Program (CAPP) for ProjectHBCU (Helping Beautiful Children Unite), she plays a key role in organizational coordination, program development, and student mentorship, ensuring that students are well-prepared for their journey to and through college.
A recent graduate of Clark Atlanta University, Trinitee brings years of experience in marketing strategy, branding, and digital campaigns with a particular passion for sports and fashion marketing. Her expertise in graphic design, online advertising, e-commerce, and marketing analytics allows her to craft compelling narratives that enhance ProjectHBCU’s outreach and engagement.
At the intersection of creativity and data-driven strategy, Trinitee works to elevate ProjectHBCU’s visibility, impact, and student resources. Through her leadership in the CAPP program, she is committed to helping students navigate the college admissions process, bridging gaps in access, and ensuring they are equipped for academic and professional success.
Kaiya Banka
Kaiya Banks is a dedicated mentor, educator, and future physician committed to empowering students and advancing educational equity. As the College Admissions Preparation Program (CAPP) Director for ProjectHBCU (Helping Beautiful Children Unite), Kaiya leads initiatives that equip students with the resources, knowledge, and confidence to navigate the college admissions process successfully.
A 2025 medical school acceptee and longtime ProjectHBCU team member since March 2020, Kaiya has dedicated over 580 community service hours to reforming K-12 education. She has led scholarship search sessions, facilitated college essay writing workshops, and introduced students at Living School High School to meaningful community service opportunities throughout the greater New Orleans area.
With a strong passion for community service, advocacy, and mentorship, Kaiya’s leadership ensures that students receive personalized guidance, financial aid support, and academic preparation as they transition to Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). She aspires to establish a nonprofit dedicated to Black women’s sexual health and mental well-being, reflecting her unwavering commitment to uplifting and empowering underserved communities.
